As many of you know, we have planned a new trip to Europe for the summer of 2012. We will be travelling for 3 weeks starting May 25 and getting back June 18. Here’s the rundown of our itinerary:
- London, England
- Normandy, France
- Paris, France
- Interlaken, Switzerland
- Venice, Italy
- Cinque Terre, Italy,
- Florence, Italy
- Rome, Italy
- Sorrento, Italy
Although I have visited most of these places before, I am travelling with four of my friends and will hopefully post updates as the trip progresses. Here’s the group:
Justin (ME)
This is my second trip to Europe and I am very excited to be traveling again. I now live in Salt Lake City, UT and since my last trip, Katie and I have gotten engaged.
Katie
This is Katie’s second trip to Europe as well. Last year, she accompanied me to UK and Ireland. She is most excited for the Vatican.
Julie
Katie’s younger sister, Julie, will be travelling outside the US for the first time. She has been incredibly excited for the past year and has helped plan most of Italy.
Alan
Alan is a friend of ours from UNL and will be moving to South Korea in August. He had the summer free, so he decided to join us for our globe trotting.
Matt
Last summer, Matt traveled with me for a couple weeks and is looking forward to seeing Paris and Switzerland the most. He will be with us for two weeks: from London to Switzerland.
Lyle
Lyle has been busy since last summer. He loved Italy so much that he decided to move there. This summer he is living in Lucca, Italy and will meet up with us for a couple days in Cinque Terre. He has his own blog which he has been updating throughout the summer.
